Olena Kovalenko was born in 1990 in a small town in southern Ukraine. She loved to draw since she was a child, but she didn’t consider it her calling. After high school, she went to university to study economics, but she soon realized that it wasn’t her path.

In 2012, Olena moved to Kyiv to attend art school. She began studying painting, drawing, and sculpture. At school, she met other young artists who shared her love of abstract art.

In 2016, Olena graduated from school and began exhibiting her work in galleries in Kyiv and Lviv. Her work immediately caught the attention of critics and collectors.

Olena works in the style of abstract realism. Her paintings are abstract representations of real objects and phenomena. She often uses bright colors and unusual shapes to create a sense of movement and energy.
