My art reflects the world around me, and how I feel it: unstable and chaotic. My works are a kind of documentary, but not specific events, but impressions and traces they leave behind—visual images taken out of context, as symbols that only refer to something and hint at meaning. Emotional beliefs, reflected in the contrasts of colors and textures in the works, combined with figurative art and abstraction. I like to take random images from personal memories, news, and social networks and distort them, breaking the reality of the event. There are people in almost all my works, but almost always, their faces go beyond the picture or are hidden by masks. I want everyone to be able to compare my experience reflected on the canvases with their own and be able to take the place of the character in the picture.
