It’s a reflection on life situations that we encounter every day, from which we find a way out or live in. Each work is an attempt to capture ourselves and our surroundings. This series arose out of a selfish need to be fixed, if not on a historical scale, then at least in one’s own work called “life.”
Arthur co-curated the exhibitions (2019-2021) at the Museum of Glass in Lviv, the National Museum of Ukrainian Folk Decorative Art (Kiev), the LNAA Gallery, the Sheptytsky National Museum in Lviv, the Museum of Art of Central and Eastern Europe (All, China). His works present in private collections in Poland, Germany, Italy, Cyprus, UK, USA, China, Japan, AOE.
Biography
Born in 1996 in Vinnitsa. After studying at the State Art Secondary School named after Shevchenko in Kiev, he studied at the Department of Monumental Painting of the Lviv National Academy of Arts (2013-2019). Since 2019 he has been studying in the postgraduate course, and since 2020 he has been teaching at the Department of Art Glass of the LNAA. The sphere of scientific research: activity of alternative art centers of Lviv of the end of XX – beginning of XXI century.
The author of picturesque and sculptural works, participant of group and personal exhibitions, plain-airs, residencies and festivals in Ukraine, Poland, Germany. Author of scientific publications in Ukrainian publications, participant of international and Ukrainian scientific conferences.
Designer of the publication of the Western Regional Scientific and Artistic Center of the National Academy of Arts of Ukraine art magazine “7UA”, the Museum of Glass in Lviv and projects Andriy Bokotey Award for young glass artists, International Symposium of Gut Glass in Lviv, International residence European Glass Education.
